1. No Refund Policy

KGOSHIGADI LUXE (PTY) LTD does not offer refunds on any products purchased.

2. Exchanges Only

  • Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • With all tags attached

3. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide proof of purchase
  3. Return the item to us

Once approved, we will exchange the item for another product (subject to availability).

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Worn or damaged items
  • Items returned after 7 days

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost
